Depends on your setup, if you CAN go cabled then do it, but for me my router is in my kitchen and I play in my room, so I have to use wireless.

Well, i don't have a tv in my room, so my XBox is in the lounge about 5 metres from my modem. The Ethernet cable is about 1.5m long, so when I get the router, I will get a longer cable.
