hold all
Contract: hips, abs, pecs, elbows, wrists, neck.
Extend: ankles, knees.
Raise: shoulders
space
reverse everything (AKA)
Extend: hips, abs, pecs, elbows, wrists.
Contract: ankles, knees.
Lower: shoulders
have fun!
(if you dont do anything to the neck it doesn't decap your wrists... but with some other losses)
