Well, then at least a favorite book.

And at least if your literate, you don't sound like a noob.

Hell yes!

I love to read, mostly horror or a good fantasy. One of my favorite writers is Amelia Atwater-Rhodes, she writes young adult and adult horror/vampirery books. I read some Steven King but not alot, as my mom wont let me ^.^

I also really like J.R.R. Tolken's books and Anne Rice's, yet I haven't read those quite recently.

Also, on another note, I tend to write to, but that doesnt matter in this thread now does it. Though I have not read any Artemis Fowl books because I really am not into that type of fantasy I am known to read a Harry Potter or other stuff like that now and then.

I haven't been reading much because I haven't found a good book but now that I have I feel I'll be better into that "world," as it feels.
I have quit. Goodbye all.
I want to join this. Sounds like it could be great fun.

Books I've read:

J.R.R Tolkien:
Silmarillion
The Hobbit
Lord Of the Rings trilogy
The Book of Lost Tales (1-2)

David Eddings:
The Belgariad (The whole series)
The Elenium
The Tamuli
The Rivan Codex
Belgarath the Sorcerer
Polgara the Sorceress

Terry Pratchett:
some of his discworlds novels (probably like 10-15)

Robin Hobb (Margaret Astrid Lindholm Ogden):
The Farseer Trilogy
Liveship Traders Trilogy

Philip Pullman:
His Dark Materials (3 books)

C.S Lewis:
The Chronicles of Narnia (All of them)

Jonathan Stroud:
The Bartimaeus Trilogy

Eoin Colfer:
The 4 first books in the Artemis Fowl series

Bram Stoker:
Dracula

Roger Zelazny:
The Amber Series

Raymond E. Feist:
The Riftwar saga
The Empire Trilogy (co-author Janny Wurts)
Krondor's Sons
The Serpentwar Saga

Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett:
Good Omens

Douglas Adams:
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series

And countless others, these are just a fraction of what I've read...
Other authors whose books I've read are for example:
Tom Clancy
John Grisham
Stephen King
Robert Ludlum
Robert Louis Stevenson
Jules Verne

EDIT- Also, I don't read that frequently. Instead, I borrow like 7-10 books from the library and read them all in one week (or more, depends on how long the novel I'm reading is and how many books I borrowed, but the average time is one week), but the time between the next load of books I read can be up to one month. :/

Meh, Mein Kampf is boring .. I tried to read it..

I don't like the most books you guys .
Almost each book I saw on your lists is a children's book in my opinion.
The other books I saw on your list are very popular and almost everyone read them so I don't need to be in this club to talk about them.
I don't think that I suit this club .

Shlimby:
I can read 100 pages in one hour. Sometimes I read one book in 6 hours if it's really pulsating. :P

I read Lord of the rings in the second grade, that might give you an idea how much i read.

I usually read fantasy but I'm having a hard time finding good books i haven't read.
