Is there anyone that can help me out by telling me how too make my description of my Ingame lobby Colorful? Thanks

Use the "^" symbol, followed by two numbers. For example, ^01 texttexttext. It can be any two numbers from 01 to 99, experiment to find your desired colour.

The "^" symbol only works for the description though, if you want to use colored text for the motd or normal chat you need to use the "%" symbol. Although instead of 2 numbers, it'd be "%004" or "%099" then text.

Its worth noting ^ works for, desc and emote

I thought ^ worked for most as well..
