Suggestion of Reform
I believe we should start a clan restructuring. Invest in the creation of a new visual identity and in the redesign of threads.


Well, what do you think, what steps can we take to recover member activity on the forum and in the game?

A clan restructuring is a must,

1. See who is active in-game,
2. see who is posting on the forum
3. reach out to old/inactive members to see if they still want to be in the clan. Discord doesn't count towards activity so they can stay there!
4. Remove really inactive members.
5. update the applications thread. I had something good in mind.
