I think A vector is when you go over different points of the image in different colours and a few layers to rebuild the image.

Hence why I said vector style. And also, when people say vector they usually refer to a comic-like style. Did you know the same goes with renders?? When people say render, they usually mean an image with no background. But a render is actually an image generated on a computer using co-ordinates and shizz :3

EDIT: Made a few adjustments. Really just a few splatters and a darker border..

This isnt vector :S thats a brush pack for photoshop that pretty much any decent photoshop user has played about with. By the looks of it youve cut a person out and spammed the hell out of him with these brushes. Make some effort next time and improve on things such as lighting, flow and text.
