Hmm ... idk , but try to try adding shadow (the hair) could do something as it did in the eyes.

Another thing, ... you could try to get the piece of hair behind and in front, trying to do something, not to be either "c / p " in the hair.

Hmm I really like it, the size of the eyes and the tribal tattoo really make it look sweet. With hair on the face probably should add some sort of shadow, or shade the blacks. Just looks a bit too solid to me. But all in all that's a pretty mad job there, keep it up.
