Ive neve rused poser before, this is my first try, so go easy on me :P

I think it's pretty good for a first try. It's way better than anything I've done.

im working on a new one that will be very jerky, but hopefully will work out alright...

You should try Macromedia Flash MX.

I spent a few years when I was younger making cruddy flash animations, and had a ton of fun doing it. You can find demo on their site. Claymations are fun too. . .

Great job though, I like the ear part. XD
