well he has to decise so dont get your hopes up some times its not what the person wants (and some of his colors are rong he use toxic instead of acid.)

Edit able you could use the perspective tool and make the letters follow the hats design.

1: I don't have the TB colour palette on GIMP, so I can't use the exact same color.
2: For 2k why should I bother making the letters follow the hats curve?
