I want resize a small picture to make it Desktop size, but when I do it with Gimp it comes out fuzzy, if anyone can resize this image to 1600 by 1200 without the blurryness... or tell me how to do so would be greatly appreciated.

well, if the original image doesn't have the resolution, it's impossible.

yeah, there isnt just a magic button that makes things bigger, someone would have to redraw it.

Yup. Think a little more before posting maybe, the computer would need some sort of super image analysing AI to redraw images.

thats what so cool about 3D, all you have to do is re-render.

vector graphics are what this sort of situation is designed for

it's to not blurry, barely noticeable

I made it full-size, and it is quite noticably blurry. I wouldn't want it on my desktop.
