Upgrade: NEW GPU or SLI?
Hello
i'd like to know one thing!

i currently own a Nvidia 9500GT
should i buy one more 9500GT to go sli?
Or buy new GPU?

And a cross question:
should i disable nvidia TurboCache with 512 mb of ram?
Thanks in advance
It's about time to get a new one. Older gpus don't sli as efficiently as the current gen and a mid range card from both nvidia and ati will show you a HUGE improvement.

yea dont spend the money on a second 9500 when you can get a gtx 460 and have more performance
You don't say?
Thanks!
ill save up for 460
whats about turbocache?
EDIT:
can i SLI 9500GT + 460GTX?

CrossfireX is a ATI technology for ATI cards... And the compatibility is not even that big. You still need to use cards from the same series with similar specs.

The Fermi Geforce 460 GTX is a good choice, don't put it in to SLI or phsyx with the 9500, it'll just result in motherboard and driver issues with 9/10 games.
yea i'm pretty sure the 460 would have better performance in physx than it with the 9500 as a dedicated physx card :/
