[?] Help with RAM memory is needed.
So I recently bought 8Gb more RAM to my computer (2x4Gb G Skill Ripjaws 1333MHz) and if i use both of them my computer won't boot at all.

system specs.

Motherboard = AsRock 890GX Extreme3
Power supply = some cheapo 560W
OS = Windows 7 64-bit

If you need to know any other specs just ask.

Well, heres the question that may be the decider, and if you answer 32 bit, then I can tell you whats wrong :P
So...
Windows 7 32 bit or 64 bit?
Oh I forgot that. It's 64-bit

But i doubt that the problem with booting has anything to do with that.

It doesn't even load BIOS sometimes.

When you do manage to boot your PC and the blue screen comes, does it say BAD_POOL_HEADER
-----
Stick one in, set the voltage manually to 1.5 volt, set the clocks manually to 9-9-9-24 and set the frequency to 1333 : )
Then stick both of them in and boot to Windows : D
If it doesn't work at 1.5 volts set the voltage to 1.65 volts instead : )

No it doesn't say BAD_POOL_HEADER. :/

I'll try those settings.

souldevilj gave you good advice,
look at the RAM default voltage, increase but just +00,1-002v

if it doesn't do the trick, load defaults and

tell us RAM:FSB ratio
what is your cpu multiplier set to?

possibly RAM:FSB is set to 1

and your multiplier is to high for that

EDIT: it works with one RAM inside (any of the two in any of the slots you tried) but not with both of them in the same slots? Shiz

wishful eyes deceive me
K, so now i got it to run pretty much fine. But it won't load windows. It gets past the Bios screen and makes a *beep* sound to tell me it's started to load up windows. and then it freezes. What to do?

Do a clear CMOS and leave all the settings to default, but change the RAM frequency to 1333 MHz and the clock timing to 9-9-9-24 like I said earlier and then it should be fine

Lemme know how it goes and if it goes well remember us 14 year old nerds are powerful
Didn't work.

It works perfectly fine with one RAM card in one slot. but when i add another one it freezes to the "Loading Windows" screen.
