Why is it that I can't handle moderation? Assholes.

I am indifferent to the death penalty for the most part. On one hand, I don't think any amount of actions would warrant death, it just seems like a way out for me; on the other, the person killed (assuming the person being put to death committed murder or something of the sort) didn't have that luxury either.
