Just do exactly what it says, verify an email address. Put in your email address, check your inbox and follow the link given inside the reply.

Press the edit email here part. Then it should take you to a page where you can edit your email and password, enter your current password at the top, then down it should say something like [email protected] or something similar, remove that from the bar and enter your current email address. It can be your @yahoo, @hotmail, @gmail, @whatever you use for email. Then save it, it should work.
