If anyone cares about a 2025 update I'm doing good I've found that ADHD medication has been good in significantly reducing pain and fatigue from my MS symptoms so I might be able to return to a somewhat regular life in the near future!!! However I'm too addicted to old school runescape right now to get anything done....
