Jaywalking is really only a court term for someone who did not use the apporpriate cross walk and there for was run over by a semi-truck. You can't be arrested for it.

Hmm Isnt looking at porn illegal since the sites say you must be 18 to enter? I'd say that has to be the most ignored one lol by everyone on the internet.

Well, its illigal for a porn site to sell you porn if you are a minor. So, they make you say you are over 18 so that in court they can prove that they had no knowlage that you were a minor, and that you varified being 18.

I don't think a 14 year old can be arrested or fined for looking at nude photos in playboy.

Speeding or tailgating, i think. Those are the ones i see most commonly in Denmark. Jaywalking comes in as a close second. Sometimes people don't even bother looking to the sides when crossing a road with heavy traffic. >.>
