Anyway, you will have to upload your pic to some server or site first.Then insert url to the pic to the profile settings.

www.imageshack.us then do browse choose the pic then there is like rezise choose 100x75 then click host it then there will be an amount of links choose one of them i dont now exactly. If you have further prob tell me. or you can even pm me if you want.
