is there a reason when i get to a high streak i dont get any more tc or exp

You only receive tc from offical servers and tournaments.
Streak does not effect how much tc you win per offical game/

You can buy a booster here through paypal. The boosters will allow you to receive tc in any server.

Streaks is also just for bragging rights.
