Whenever i start a game on a mod map, i spawn pretty high up in the air, then fall down and die. I looked on youtube and people always spawn on platforms or on a skateboard. How do i fix this?

Even on the default map i spawn up high

options->game rules->engageheight-0

I just tried doing it that way and it was already on 0.
It still doesn't work when i restart the game
