Need help with verifying proper information
So this is in regard to my other account ratmanFats

i wanted to use a different email, but i had since forgotten the password to the account and its preventing me from changing the email since a password is required


(and no the email is not verified i believe, i had just randomly put in an email address when i made the account)
what should i do?

note im logged into the account on another device to prove i do have ownership of the account

the problem is that i cant request a password reset (i tried using the forgot password form), because the email that's registered with my ratmanFats account is incorrect and i cant get a recovery email

(i want to use a different email, not the one that's currently registered to my account which is [email protected])

so what else can i do? without my toribash password i cant edit any of my information because ive forgotten the password since ive initially registered
Hi, email you currently have linked to ratmanFats account is generated by "hide my email" iCloud feature, it should forward Toribash mail to your actual email associated with your Apple account - though make sure you also check your spam / junk folder there as system mail may still end up there even after being relayed through Apple servers.
You can view what's your primary iCloud email by going to Settings app and then Apple Account, it'll be displayed right under your name there. All emails generated by iCloud will be under iCloud -> Hide my Email.

If that doesn't work or you don't actually have access to your primary Apple email, please send me a private message here on forums using ratmanFats account. Make sure you either provide the new email you want linked to that account or the new password you want set for it (or both) so that you don't end up locked out of it. If you're using "Sign in with Apple" option on your phone, that will still work but would require you to sign in again to refresh credentials internally.
