Getting some stuff done, BIG UPS to HoboJoey for creating the program

What does it do?
Makes the item.dat usage of toribash more user friendly, comes with an easy to use interface and can save directly to the custom folder.

So here is the basic Instruction for the App.

1) Download it
2) Enter the Digits from Color.txt Here
3) Click create and navigate to the custom folder destination that you want it in (Save menu is Included)

That's exactly where the application is for, you enter the force color and relax color, voila. No need to manipulate the files within a texteditor. And I know how I would use notepad, that's why I knew how to make an app like that, he?
lol dude.
I can tell all the numbers for all the colors, I just don't have Hunter/Static
