I don't think we need to worry about what the opposite of an arm swap is in this context, because extending the lower arm's elbow and contracting the raise arms elbow will get you lifted in the air in most situations. It's just something I stay away from because it tends to bring your cog higher.

It's not an arm swap until you actually do the swapping of the arms, that's why the move is called a peak throw and not a peak swap. Once you have the guy in the air you can do whatever you want arm swap-wise, but the peak throw is just a basic technique.
