Yea this has happened to me. I did a replay and i specifically remember going off the side of the building but then when i saved it and replayed it, i just barely hung on the edge. This has happened more than once to me, good to know im not the only one.

Not similar at all, and well-known in if you go to the book of records section.
If you edit a replay 'till frame X, and press R, it won't register DMs anymore.
