I need a Right Hand Flame
i need the flame to turn out looking like this

and if you could make a particle come with this...
Color:void or pure (whatever is cheaper)
Design:^^^^
Price Range: under 120k (as cheap as you can get)
special: please make it big enough to see, but not too big... like a medium size

EDIT: the fist(hand) should be in the middle of the design (the ring in the center)
and the ring should be around the fist
make it large enough so that the ring doesn't touch the hand, but is really close to it
ALSO... make the flame follow the hand, it SHOULD not go away from the fist
