I use Fraps.

Not free though.

There is a demo that lets you record like 10 seconds.

Or, instead of recording a low quality and crappy choppy replay, you can attach the replay itself with the message. If you want to post it on youtube, you might be able to do the same, not sure though.
I have left Toribash, but will drop in occasionally on the forums and IRC. Still in Sigma.

k il check it out and by the way i made a vid with fraps i edited it and made it dubble speed then it looks good
