And no its not my internet i turned it all off and it said error no connection when i turn it on it says ASS when i only enter my user name it says rect....
any help ?

does it block u from logging in?

Locate your toribash directory and find the tb_login.dat file, if there is not one there, make one. After that, manually input the information like so:

"user yourusername
pass yourpasswordhere"

that doesn't help
we must know why it keeps doing that
he said that he redownloaded the game and it still there

then there's obviously a problem with logging in, hence the reason manually inputting his account information will fix it, so it does help.
