Check if the image passes the max size, which is 351.6 KB for VIP.

The maximum size of your avatar is 150 by 150 pixels or lower (100.0 KB)
Maybe you're trying to set something way bigger than the established size.
(The width and length will be altered if the image is not 150x150)

Oh, are you using some kind of mobile device by any chance?
(Make sure to try another Image upload site, or change the file type of the image)
