what is a gif animation, i've saved all of these pics as gifs, but what is animation, i knwo what it means, but how

Alright I will guide you through it.

Go to File > Save As > Name it > Select where you want it to be saved > Click on "Select File Type" > Highlight "GIF Image" > Then Click "Save" > Then it will give to choices to either "Flatten Image" or "Save as Animation" > Click on "Save as Animation" > Click "Export" > Click "Ok"

Then I assume you know how to get it onto the forums. So, I won't even bother with that.

it always says the file size exceeds 20kb and says mine is 80kb or 100kb, how do i drop it?

Go to an image-hosting site many are listed here > Then go to the site > Upload your picture > Copy the url that has Direct Link:next to it > Come to the forums > And click > Paste the Url...
