I think it was may0naise or something a while ago that did the "1 push up per post" thing.

Or something similar, it seemed like a lot of people enjoyed it and stuff.

Also that thing about not needing cardio is kinda nonsensical. You can be a gym rat and "look good" without cardio, but you won't be particularly fit (if I've been told corectly).

Yeah, I only don't like erthtkv2 because of the mod's name. Make it "tkv2," and the mod will instantly become more popular. This is a valid reason as the name of the mod is still an important feature that no one seems to have yet discussed.
