What will happen to the other player when you press the slow mo button? do they slow down and you don't?

I don't understand this suggestion. Do you want a Slow motion button for replays?

I think that is what he is refering to, and if it is, it is a great suggestion. I am not a excellent replay maker but it would be great to be able to do that without using third party video editing programs.
