ive played this game a while but only recently started playing again after a few months as computer broke , i saw that they now have hair , so i bought a hair style and a colour and activated oth but it dosnt show up in my game how do i get this to work

take a look in the advanced options, check if hair is even activated. this depends on which graphics u running, so mostly its disabled.
