take out the rolling text in the replays. You matched well. But re-render it custom and make the quality awesome. Because that is pretty bad for youtube if you ask me.

It's nice for your first video, but as Pirate said; take out the rolling text, and don't make it "documentary-ish" if you know what I mean. Don't explain everything you do "multiplayer replays, single player replays" , just and intro, and credits

that's about it :]

EDIT: and try to not show the same replays more than twice

I liked it as is.

The repeating replays from multiple angles was great. The scrolling text also worked well.

All in all, great stuff.
