im thinking that you could do a clan war setup in game rather than on forum, it would just be easier than minimizing to accept or invite on your forum.

a simple command like /war [clan name]/[opposing clan] first [first to]

I also question if people even use them anymore.

Would the opposing clan get a popup with specs and option to accept or deny?

If so, it could be something like /war [opposing clan] [accept/deny]

How would the game determine who has the highest authority to accept it?

Not all clans have leaders online 24/7 :v

Perhaps if you want to use prizes you can use the online system

but if you dont you can use the simple in game system

Yeah i think this is a good idea it would make Clan Wars a bit easier to setup, and for what SmallBowl said i agree with because not very many people war with prizes and if they wanna they would still have that option just not as convenient as this.

I think for the people that can setup wars on the clan being invited should get small popups or something idk i feel like a little whisper bar that says they have been invited or challanged or whatever could be kinda cool

I like this idea, Because most newer players in clans have trouble throughout the forums and it would be a lot better just to do it in-game. Supported

yea you dont have to use the prize thing only if u want you can go on forum for it, but the rest, is done in game
