Lol its a bit, sorta untidy, (probably cause it didn't take you long)
Try making a head LIKE that, but use a bit of shading try to make it more realistic (a nose, eyebrows) and make the hair lower,make the mouth cooler also less messy plz. Good first cartoon person with features head thingy in the time you made it.So main thing is improve quality by making lines neater and to add better quality features.If you do that I might pay more than 200 depending on quality,

Only two things---
Could you plz just sharpen/neaten the lines by using small thin lines to form neat corners on the left eye and on the mouth
Another thing- could you make the mouth smaller- it is way a bit too big

Otherwise it looks great
