Ok. So I'm new here and have a new move. (I think.)

contract knees
extend ankles

space

contract pecs, hips
extend knees
raise shoulders
grabby hands

space 2x

contract knees
extend hips

space

lower shoulders
contract hips

space 6x

raise shoulders
extend knees
extend hips

Tell me if you like or not. Like I said above, there is an extra part to it, but it is not neccisarry (sp?). I will post that tomarrow. I am far too sleepy to do it right now.
