The only thing written in stderr is "Insufficient Video Memory. Abort."

AAAAHA! That's even better, and pretty self explanatory. You need more VRAM.
Since it's integrated then you should be able to feed it more RAM to work with, it'll likely be a BIOS setting or possibly changeable with Catalyst. Don't expect miracles though.
