An Optional Vote kick
Everybody knows that when you start toribash Chances are, online youre going to face people who will annoy the Crap out of you, Or just troll in general.
A solution to that might be A Vote kick.
A vote kick is almost self explanatory, You could Bring up
a poll and somebody would type 1 or 2 For a kick. 1 being
yes and 2 being no. It would really solve the problem in
servers like Boxing or Judo where there isnt an opped person
and You can do is just sit back and watch them Troll or you
have to leave.
A Vote Ban might work the same way. Or it could be automatic
On the 3rd kick maybe. It would make the game alot more fun
To keep a fair Democracy upon the players.

Deffinently not a good idea. for example, there's a 20k decapprize in a bet server. Someone gets it fairly and you always here the occasional "RIGGED" so they would just vote to kick one of them out so the decapprize stays.
Here is a fix. Don't allow them to initiate a vote kick while the person is playing. If you really need to be able to initiate one while they are playing, just make it to where they don't get kicked untill after their game.

Let's make this an option for only Official Servers. :<
For Private servers, there are Operators to kick/ban.
If the Operator is AFK, the. You might as well report it to a GM.
Most of the time in Private servers, there are only going to be a few people.
It the /votekick command only works for %75 ratios, then there is no point.
Just get an Operator or GM if he is being rude in that case.
tl;dr:
Supported for Official Rooms.
Unsupported for Unofficial Rooms. (Private Rooms.)

what about just vote for mute (eg. for 5min), instead of vote for kick?
