Thank you for checking out our application thread. The application process is in three phases:

2. In-game skill testing. We will message you with a time and lobby name.
3. If you make it to three you're in the clan, congratulations!

Hi Joshua, like Jen said it wasn't exactly freeform or very long, but it had all the information and you seem fairly nice and good in game. So it's a yes from me!
