Would anyone mind clarifying and stating the rules in regards to clan banks and account sharing? Our clan bank was permanently banned for seemingly arbitrary or perhaps personal reasons rather than any defined rules.
According to the staff member that banned the reasoning was a statement along the lines of "it was used for dueling, betting and playing in clan league on top of being a clan bank therefore I will ban it forever without warning".
I'd appreciate if these rules were clarified as to prevent people from getting their clan bank accounts banned in the future due to these unstated rules, thankyou.

duel trapping is when people are dueling and dueler X intends to leave during the postmatch replay for whatever reason, but the player next in queue immdiately specs, thus skipping the rplay and forcing them to duel again wihout the option of leaving. its essentially abusing a flaw in toribash's design
Its been a while so I dont quite remember, but I belive you can duel trap people with only 2 players in the server by rapidly spec'ing and entering the moment the previous match ends
I am not sure if this is relevant still, it seems like tb changed alot and may have missd something
and theres also a solid chance swaves was making a joke and it went straight over my head and I did the proper asperger's thing and lectured you about the topic of a joke i did not understand

We wish to maintain a friendly environment, and any flaming or harassment may result in a ban. This includes any homophobic or racial slurs in any public space in the community
"Public space" is defined as:If it's brought to moderator's attention and found that your language disrupts the integrity of the environment we're setting; warnings, infractions, or bans will take place. Try to solve issues yourself if you can. We can't possibly be there for every single instance. Asking to politely stop is a start.
- Game - Any room that is not protected by a password.
- Forum - The entire forum with the exception of Wibbles and clan PRIVATE boards.
This rule has been amended to the following;

Infractions and bans will also immediately be issued for any homophobic or racial slurs in any public space in the community

• Forum - The entire forum with the exception of clan PRIVATE boards.
If it's brought to moderator's attention and found that your language disrupts the integrity of the environment we're setting; warnings, infractions, or bans will take place.
*Passworded rooms do not give you unilateral permission to break terms of service, nor global rules. Generated reports from password protected rooms will still be handled by moderation teams. You are encouraged to use operator powers to remove users you do not want in your server.
This isn’t actually a rule change, but we are just making the wording much clearer.
