I've seen these kinds of problems. There was a guy who made an alt and made a Cheap head texture thread[b], his alt was whitebelt. I asked him to make one for me and after he sent the head tex,i told him i couldnt send the tc, because he's still white belt. He said he did it on purpose. Market Forum is not a donation center. I suggest that anyone making a thread on selling texture who are white belt, the thread will be closed :C

I think same can happen with transfer Items. Seems interesting...
