You don't need more than one vote as long as nobody else vetoes. I looked at the replays and I liked them so I vote yes aswell.

Also I don't know who started the myth that anyone can vote on applicants but there's one whole stickied thread named List of Recruiters if there's any doubt.

people just started voting bc of the recruiters lack of activity which sometimes end up leaving apps without any votes for weeks.
