I do not want it to mess it up by getting ip banned so what are somethings I should avoid doing so that would not happen.

If you want a comprehensive list, look at the Market Global Rules. Then again, you should probably look at those anyways. Generally, repeat offenses of things like illegal bumps, etc. will get you banned from the Market. Plagiarism (stealing other people's work) is a definite no-no. And in general, avoid doing things that will piss me off.
