i dont see why you get some money, and this is my 500th post 
Phail. You can't keep part of the ticket money. That's just basically stealing. A lottery has to be a non-profitable event. People don't wanna throw away money because they know even if they win you will still keep a portion even though you didn't work for it at ALL. If you need money play more often or sell heads. Or just get buy TC with a credit card. 1k TC = 1$ :P
