Not meaning to nagg, but i sent an email to support about a month ago, and haven't got a reply.. is there a reasone why i have no reply?

Staff are often very hard to get a hold of, if it is urgent you can join IRC and join the channel #support and ask your question there.

well it's kinda more than a question,

There's nothing anyone else than [email protected] can do if you were redirected there at first, for example recovering items. Try to send another mail.

hmm, okay, i'll try again, it's like i was getting help from skulfuk, but then he just stop emailing back :/
