I'm going to get this up and going again. Anybody interested in teaching?

I used to be in this org ages ago, can lorrtex still teach me? I need to learn how to shovel and lift really high so I can get rich in duels.

Sadly, lorrtex has gone inactive.
That and honestly there isn't much to shoveling O: it's pretty simple.
Extend your abs and ankles, lift your arms, etc etc.
As for lifting, its always effective to start out with a snap kick and use it to push them up, then lift them out.
Lift kick.

I should maybe apply here, this seems pretty darn cool.
