Sadly, lorrtex has gone inactive.
That and honestly there isn't much to shoveling O: it's pretty simple.
Extend your abs and ankles, lift your arms, etc etc.
As for lifting, its always effective to start out with a snap kick and use it to push them up, then lift them out.
