Okay so I've done this replay, I attacked Uke and all of a sudden my arm popped off and went flying far.
What you'd need to do is break your body sending it flying, but only breaking by direct contact with uke's body in freeplay.

I guess is a bit to specific but I'm not a moderator so I can't tell.

Well it doesn't have to be the wrist or arm, it can be any body part. I'm just trying to start off a new record.

Well it would be better if next time you would actually take some time to think about what would be a good record instead of just taking something weird that happened in freeplay and trying to turn it into an official record
