i wanna make a nice animated banner, wich program should i use? how ll i need to do it? i made this silly banner in pivot xD the pic is in bad quallity, but i dont care about that:

do it with gimp or with photoshop
just make new layers and ass the text then save the image in "image.gif" then save as animation ;)

You can do it in most programs like photoshop and gimp, which allow you to use layers/frames for things.

Also, you can use http://www.makeagif.com/ if you've already got images and just need to stick 'em together.
