As the title says, i would like to know how to make a head texture spin in GIMP, im a GIMP user and i want to start getting into some textures. Also im still kind of new to the whole graphics thing in general, if there are any good GIMP users out there that can give me pointers i would love to hear them but mainly i need to find out how to make em spin to post em !

Open your created head texture then you go to fileters,animation,spinning globe.

Make sure to save it as a gif and click the check box to save as an animation so it will spin.

Filter → Animation → Spinning Globe
I suggest you use between 30-40 frames depending on how fast you want it.
Don't use transparent background, that will only pixalate the borders of the globe.
Once it is done go to Filters → Animation → Play Animation
If you like the result you save it as .gif. → Animated .gif.
