just save the head in the headfolder and go with the name you saved as in singleplayer ;)

go to the customs file and then make a folder and name it your charecter name with out the clan tags so i would be
cooljoshb as my folder not [SyN]cooljoshb (no tags) then put it in the folder and there you are!

you can name it ee (so i do) than change ya name to ee and go in singleplayer
dont forget: the file has to be in tga format ;) and it has to be in the headfolder
