hello, i dont know if this is the right thread for resolving doubts that i have about the market because i couldnt find this specific information.what i want to know is wether no qi items, wich i would buy with shiai tokens, are they sellable for real world currency? i see the rule where it says no qi items can be sold in market forum only in premium shops, but i dont know if the premium shops can sell for real world currency. also what about trading/selling shiai tokens is that even possible/allowed? also i see a thread where someone is looking to buy no qi item in the market forums, does that mean that only selling them is not allowed but an offer to buy is allowed? if this is so, would my only permitted workaround to being able to get RWC for my shiai tokens be to get a premium shop, sell the no qi items for tc and then sell my tc for RWC? i apologize in advance if this info is out there and i just couldnt find it, or if i posted on the wrong thread.

As not to convolute my interpretation of your supposed solution, I'll provide an explanation from the ground up.
Players are not able to transfer items that have a QI restriction to accounts that do not have the required QI. And yes, the market is means of bypassing the QI restriction, if the seller has a premium market subscription; and the buyer pays the market ST tax (TC goes to the seller). I'm unclear what thread you're referring to when you say someone is looking to buy no-qi items on the market boards, but if it is so, they're likely looking for someone to put it on their premium market so they can purchase the item as described above.

Unsure what you mean here. But if your goal is to sell items with QI restrictions to players (accounts) that do not have the required QI, the only mean to do so is using a premium market.
